Residential Shipping Policy
LTL shipping charges are based on delivery to commercially zoned addresses within the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). There will be additional charges added for deliveries made to residential addresses. Residential deliveries include home-based businesses that do not have commercial zoning. If you require the service of a lift gate, there will also be additional charges for this service. Please contact customer service at 866-440-8844 for residential deliveries.
Order Cancellation Policy
In the event that you decide to cancel your order with SRJ, Inc. and notification of cancellation is received before your order leaves the warehouse - you will not be penalized with any fees and your payment will be refunded to you within 1 business day.
If the order that you would like to cancel has shipped from the warehouse, you will be responsible for all return freight charges and will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee upon receipt of goods. Your refund (less the 20% restocking fee) will be returned to you within 1 business day.
If you have any questions about which parts are best suited for your equipment - feel free to contact us via phone or email for clarification and guidance before ordering. If for some reason you decide that you want to return your product(s) ordered from SRJ, Inc., you may do so as long as the following conditions are satisfied:
You must contact our customer service representatives at 1-866-440-8844 and notify us of your intent to return merchandise before you send back the product(s).
The product(s) has/have been in your possession for less than 14 consecutive days from invoice date.
The product(s) are still in new condition, with original packaging still intact.
Upon verification that the above criteria are met, returns will be accepted subject to a 20% restocking fee (based on net price of items being returned). All shipping and handling fees incurred (including any duty, tax or fuel surcharge) for the return of the products are the responsibility of the customer returning the merchandise.
Defective Merchandise Policy
Upon receipt of your order, if any of your items are not in proper working order and there appears to be a manufacturers' defect or your order is missing parts and/or components - call customer service at 1-866-440-8844 to speak with a representative and initiate the claim process. Return freight is still the responsibility of the customer pending claim acceptance. If a defect claim is approved, all shipping and related fees will be promptly refunded by SRJ, Inc.. You have 14 days from receipt of shipment to file a defective parts claim.
Shipping Damages Policy
If you receive products from SRJ, Inc. and the shipment appears to have been damaged in transit, please ensure that you keep all packaging materials as well as paperwork associated with your delivery. These items are required to file any claims related to shipping damage. If the product does not appear to function properly because of damage that occurred during shipment, call 1-866-440-8844 to initiate a shipping damage claim with us. We will need to contact the freight provider and verify to them that the original paperwork and packaging is available for the investigation. Upon claim approval from the shipping intermediary, we will ship out replacement product(s) immediately at no cost to you.
Please note, if the shipping damages claim is denied by the shipping intermediary - we will be unable to offer a refund on the goods associated with the claim. If the order that you would like to cancel has shipped from the warehouse, you will be responsible for all return freight charges and will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee upon receipt of goods. Your refund (less the 20% restocking fee) will be returned to you within 1 business day.
